Define invite types that map to specific events — "Full Event" for guests attending everything, "Wedding Only" for ceremony and reception alone. Each invite type generates its own RSVP link and populates the correct seating charts automatically.
Group tagging & views
Tag each guest with a group — "Immediate Family," "Groom's University Friends," "Bride's Work." Switch between three views: by individual guest, by group, or by household (the Main Invite they're linked to). Filter and find guests instantly.
Dietary requirements, tracked
Every guest's dietary requirements — vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, nut allergy, custom entries — are tracked in the list. They flow automatically into the seating chart (inline per guest and as a table summary) and into the RSVP form for self-reporting.
RSVP status & live totals
Each guest has an RSVP status — Confirmed, Declined, or Pending. The page header shows live totals: total guests invited, RSVPs confirmed, and a breakdown by invite type. Import an existing guest list via CSV or export the full list at any time.

Yes. Mitra uses invite types to define which events each guest is invited to. A guest on the 'Full Event' invite type is included in all events; a guest on 'Wedding Only' appears only in the relevant events. The seating chart and RSVP form respect these invite types automatically.
How does Mitra handle dietary requirements?
Each guest has a dietary requirements field. These flow automatically into the seating chart — shown inline per guest and as a table-level summary — and into the RSVP form, where guests can self-report. No manual transfer between tools.
Can I import an existing guest list?
Yes. Mitra supports CSV import for the guest list. You can also export the full guest list as a CSV at any time.
